No! CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of experience or starting fitness level. Our coaches will meet you where you’re at.
What should I bring or wear to class?
Wear comfy clothes you can move in. Bring yourself and maybe water—we provide a fountain and sell bottled water!
Can beginners or families join?
Yes! Our programs and coaches are welcoming and perfect for kids, parents, and beginners alike.
How do I get started?
